IDX is a service that gives you the power to automatically display, update, and share Multiple Listing Service (MLS) listings with visitors to your website. You must be a member of the MLS in order to display these listings on your website. Some of the features of our IDX solution include:

Multiple Search Options

The Basic Search gives visitors a quick search option for the most searched fields such as bedrooms, baths, and city. The Advanced Search allows full search capabilities for all available MLS fields, such as waterfront, subdivision, and construction features (Fields vary per MLS area). The Interactive Map Search is a visual search tool where visitors can browse by map - zooming in and out of areas - to find available properties. The map pinpoints available homes and allows the visitor to click for more details. Other search options include a Quick Search, Address Search and Listing ID Search.

Lead Capture

From general contact pages to forced registration after so many property viewings, you have the ability to setup your search pages for maximum conversion of leads to sales. There are many outlets for capturing visitor contact information, such as Saved Search Management, Property Information Requests, Social Media Sharing Tools, Home Valuation Requests, Schedule a Showing Form, Listing Syndication, and Properties by Email.

Customer Tools

Visitors can sign up for an account on your website which allows them to save a search or individual listing to their Favorites. When a client signs up for an account, you receive an email notification and the ability to track their activity on your website.

Broker Website Features
